Can anyone build the designs?

A lot, and growing each month. We design more block specific designs each month. We also find new developments and design new block specific designs to suit, so as time goes on we keep them rolling out.

Only builders with a current-active (non expired) subscription can build Stax Of Homes designs.

Certainly, we are here to assist in the design delivery side of the building game, assisting builders get the ball rolling fast with their clients. When it comes to the working drawings, they can use any drafting service they want.

This service is coming in the future, but currently not available.

What size frames are all the designs drawn in?

All our designs are drawn in 90mm frames (240mm brick veneer). If a builder does 70mm frames, they gain some wiggle room.

How many designs are available?

No, at this point in time we dont share our CAD files.

Does each design have facade options?

Each design has its specific design facade, but we also cater multi-facade options for the best sellers, to cater demand as well as popular developments strict design guidelines.
